RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases from bkjykj at https://bkjykj.com/, operated by STARS AND STRIPES PASTA STACK LLC.

1. Return window and eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. We accept eligible returns for reasons including an unsuitable size or a change of mind, as well as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For size or change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with original tags attached and original packaging where provided. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase. These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or exercising rights available under applicable law.

2. How to request a return

Email CS@bkjykj.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include photographs if reasonably available. We will review your request and provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact us before mailing a return so that we can identify your order and arrange shipping.

3. Return costs

We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns and provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We do not charge a restocking fee or a return handling fee. Standard outbound shipping within the United States is also free, so there is no original standard shipping charge to deduct from your refund.

4. Inspection and refund timing

We will inspect your returned item within 3 business days after receiving it and notify you of the outcome. If we cannot approve a return, we will explain the reason.

For approved returns, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval. The refund covers the amount paid for accepted returned items, including applicable refundable taxes. Discounts will be reflected in the amount originally paid.

Initiating a refund is different from the money appearing in your account. The time your bank or payment provider needs to post the credit varies. If a refund has not appeared after your provider's stated processing period, contact CS@bkjykj.com so that we can help trace it.

5. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Contact CS@bkjykj.com if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, without charging you shipping costs to resolve our error. A reasonable inspection to identify the issue does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Exchanges

Contact us if you need a different size or item. We will confirm available options and explain the process before you send anything back. If an exchange cannot be arranged, you may request an eligible return and place a new order.

7. Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact CS@bkjykj.com as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be stopped before dispatch. If it has already shipped, please use the return process described above. If we confirm a cancellation before dispatch, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
